Apache JMeter is a 100% pure Java desktop application designed to load test functional behavior and measure performance. It was originally designed for testing Web Applications but has since expanded to other test functions. Version 2.3RC3 of Apache JMeter has been released. This release includes new functionality and corrects many outstanding bugs. Please read the changes file carefully as there are some minor incompatibilities with the previous version.
